For more than three decades Kris has worked in all sectors of the industry, starting out as a Mortgage Loan Processor for a wholly owned subsidiary of a Savings and Loan and later moved into that S&L closing loans until a group broke away and started a brokerage where she became the first employee and learned to be a loan officer assistant and later a loan officer. Other positions have included shipping and insuring closed loan files, working in Wholesale Underwriting, running a mortgage company and training processors and loan officers. She enjoys that the industry is ever changing and that every loan is a different story. Her experiences cover 1000’s of loans and borrowers of many types, walks of life, and status. It’s a wild ride that is never dull for long!
